10. Guarantee, Refunds & Complaints Procedure

If you are not fully satisfied with the Product you must notify Secret Scotland by emailing info@secret-scotland.com within 7 days of purchase.  We will do what we can to resolve your complaint and will give full refunds if your complaint cannot be resolved. Secret Scotland regret that we cannot accept any liability if you fail to notify us of the complaint within 7 days from the date of purchase.

11. Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service will be governed by Scottish law and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. For the avoidance of doubt this applies to the Privacy Statement.
